A single storey rear extension and loft conversion which involved a full house refurbishment.

Our client approached us before purchasing this lovely 3 bedroom terraced house, which is situated on a sloping plot. After an initial site appraisal to assess the potential of the house and site, we established that the client’s brief was achievable if we were to create a sunken rear extension.

The internal alterations dramatically unlocked the full potential of the house, which went through a full refurbishment and some consistent alterations to add a new utility and WC on the ground floor, a walk in wardrobe on the first floor and an ensuite within the loft. The rear extension allows for a new modern and bright kitchen on the upper level, with a dining and snug area over the lower level overlooking the beautiful garden. The loft space was further extended with a larger dormer to the rear, which includes a Juliet balcony overlooking the stunning landscape to the rear of the property. The project also included an outbuilding at the rear of the garden to be used as an home office.
