We store your information securely. We retain records only as long as necessary to:
– Deliver your project

Subject to the service you have received from IFG Design, we will keep your contact details and details of your project for a minimum of 3 years if we have submitted an planning application for you, to comply with the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or a minimum of 6-12 years if we have administered a construction contract for your project to comply with the relevant warranties.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
– Access your data
– Request corrections
– Ask for deletion (“right to be forgotten”)
– Object to certain types of processing
Requests can be made by email or in writing. We will respond within one month.
Data Security
At IFG Design we take your privacy seriously. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We take reasonable steps to keep your data secure, including secure email and file storage. Any data breach will be reported to the ICO and affected clients if required.
